Course Description:

'' Whether it is a large project or a small one, effective management is the key to any project’s success. The main function of project management is to ensure that all the activities in a project are scheduled and achieved efficiently, within the predetermined time and budget parameters. With the business environment becoming more dynamic by the day, it is all the more important to ensure that projects achieve their objectives with minimal disruptions. It is the function of the project manager to identify the different activities in a project, allocate monetary and human resources efficiently to each of the activities, and ensure the smooth flow of all processes. A project manager acts as a facilitator in the success of a project.
