Good leaders know how to guide teams and organisations through change most effectively. Better leaders also find opportunities to initiate proactive change or continuous improvement programs that best suit their environment, and the best leaders know how to create excitement and motivation around the change.

But be wary! There is a difference between wholesale change that requires major ’change management’ and ’continuous improvement’.
