'' Contracts and agreements are a fact of everyday business and have resulted in a key role for the finance function. Finance professionals are increasingly looking at contract design and performance and focusing on what is being delivered against what is being paid.

There are many variations and elements to a contract. Being able to write and construct a contract in a manner that is easily understood by all parties, and at the same time legally binding, is the biggest challenge. This session is designed for those that are specifically constructing contracts but also for those that are wanting to get a better understanding of contractual arrangements and the critical elements to consider in reviewing them.
