'' Managers are not accountants and they do not want to be accountants - but they do need to read, understand and act on financial reports. While these managers do need to have some financial literacy, the way that financial information is reported can also be improved. Together, improved financial literacy and improved reporting will overcome the situation many organisations currently face: poor decision-making, resulting in sub-optimal organisational performance.

Kevin Riley will address the key issues you will need to consider to more effectively communicate financial information to managers. This session will cover the key factors that can contribute to more effective communication.
