'' EU listed companies must prepare their financial statements using International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); this has been the biggest ever change in financial reporting. This one-day course explains how financial statements and performance yardsticks used by analysts have been affected. The driving force behind subsequent changes in IFRS is the convergence project between the International Accounting Standards Board and the US Financial Accounting Standards Board. The course will also update delegates on progress with convergence.

This course will incorporate case studies using up to date financial statements of EU listed companies and US GAAP reconciliation statements.
