'' Practitioners will benefit from a course that is focused on their needs and also from the opportunity to share solutions to challenges common to the individuals attending the course.

The course will include:
There will be no course notes, as the subject matter to be discussed will come from the delegates attending the course.

At the beginning of the course each delegate will be asked to write down a maximum of three areas they would like to discuss. These will then be arranged in topic groups and the lecturer will cover each area using his technical and practical knowledge of legal regulations and legislation, together with the guidance issued by the various professions. The issues raised could cover anything relating to money laundering, such as practical problems obtaining identification, questions about reporting to SOCA, obtaining consent from SOCA, avoiding tipping off, applying the reporting exemption for privileged information or assessing the impact of the third Money Laundering Directive. The purpose of this approach is to allow delegates to focus on the issues that are relevant to them and their firms.
