- four core units that everyone takes and eight specialist units. The specialist units enable you to study particular areas in more depth. Core units:

- The UK as a Tourist Destination
- Customer Service in Travel and Tourism
- The Business of Travel and Tourism You also take eight specialists units from the following: Retail Travel Operations, Tour Operations, Visitors Attractions, Work Experience, Residential Study Visits, Air Fares and Ticketing, Handling Air Passengers, the European holiday Market, Holiday Representatives, Hospitality Operations, Marketing, and Preparing for Employment.
