Cisco CallManager MCS boot camp teaches the student how to integrate the Cisco AVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) solution to meet voice and data requirements. Extensive practical labs offer additional opportunities to learn by providing exercises to select, configure, and troubleshoot the wide range of Cisco IP telephony products such as Cisco CallManager, Cisco VG200 Gateway, Catalyst 6000 + DSP resources + digital line cards, IOS Gatekeeper, and Cisco IOS? gateways. strategies. Finally, students will learn troubleshooting techniques should the components not operate as intended.
