'' Cisco¡¯s Security Bootcamp offers four days of intensive hands-on network security training. You will be provided with an introduction to security, hacking, SAFE architecture, and a complete day each of PIX firewall, VPN 3000, and Intrusion Detection Systems labs.

This is hands-on training with the latest products and feature updates. Cisco¡¯s Security Bootcamp is the perfect foundation training towards certification as a Cisco Security Specialist.

The Cisco Security Specialist 1 designation is the first in a new family of career specializations and allows network professionals an avenue to highlight and validate proficiency in designing, installing, and supporting Cisco security solutions. Cisco Security Specialist 1 designation will be integrated into the requirements for World-Wide Channel Specializations.
