Course Description:

'' The Mentorship Programme at Rosebud School of the Arts provides intensive training and experience in various disciplines within the theatre. You prepare for a career in theatre or music by training under the guidance and mentorship of skilled and talented instructors and professional theatre artists.
SPECIALIZATIONS
There are four specializations in Mentorship:
Acting �Training in acting with a focus on a career in professional theatre.
Dramatic Arts �Training in a variety of theatrical disciplines with a focus on arts leadership and theatre production.
Music Performance �Training in a variety of musical disciplines with a focus on performance and musical direction.
Technical Theatre �Training in all areas of technical theatre with the option to focus on a specific area.
STUDY IN LONDON AND NEW YORK
As a Mentorship student, you participate in a two-week international theatre trip to London or New York, alternating each year. The International Theatre Trip offers a global picture of the international theatre community, immerses you in another culture, and broadens your perspective on what is possible in the arts.
PERFORM FOR LIVE AUDIENCES
In Mentorship Level I, you will produce and perform two shows on the Rosebud Studio Stage under the mentorship of professional directors, designers and faculty advisors.

In Mentorship Levels II and III, you will apprentice with Rosebud Theatre’s resident professional theatre company. In addition to training under our resident artists, your education is augmented by classes with professional guest artists and master teachers.
