'' This course will be delivered in Bahasa Indonesia.

This interactive course is intended for individuals who may be involved in managing or participating in Quality Management System Internal Audits within either the manufacturing or service sectors.

Through presentations, exercises, group work and illustrative examples, the course will provide participants the understanding of the principles behind ISO 9001:2000, rules of allowable exclusion, various terminology used in ISO and auditing, process approach, auditing techniques, and the requirements for each ISO 9001:2000 elements from auditing perspectives. The importance of internal audits as a valuable management tool is stressed, as also the importance of being able to effectively handle human interrelationships while conducting internal audits. This training includes one day of role-play audit that simulates an actual audit activity. Through this simulation, the participants will be able to perform an effective audit in their organization upon completion of this course.

This course will benefit individuals who are, or will be, responsible for conducting or managing an ISO 9001:2000 internal audit programs for their organizations.
