'' In this course, you’ll identify the components of the Corel PHOTO-PAINT 11 environment. Then you’ll change the view of an image by using several techniques and shortcuts and identify how to control the size and resolution of the image. You will crop an image to remove unwanted areas and mask image areas by using various masking tools. Then you’ll create objects by masking image areas and then transform the objects. You will also adjust an object’s opacity and apply a merge mode to simulate transparency for the object. Then you’ll identify the characteristics of Corel PHOTO-PAINT 11’s color modes and work with the painting and cloning tools. You will then add text to an image and format the text. You will also adjust the tone of the objects in an image by using different methods. Finally, you’ll save a copy of an image for use in a printed document and on the Web.
