'' This five-day course is designed to teach the student Project Management skills as defined by the Project Management Instituteé? the preeminent organization for professional project managers. The course uses lecture, discussion, case study, exercises, and practice exams to establish a foundation of knowledge and skills to improve project management performance and potentially prepare for the PMI exam. The instructor will convey study tips, techniques, and project management strategies throughout the duration of the course.

This course is designed for professionals with previous experience in project management. PMI restricts the PMP examination to individuals with over 4500 hours of experience in project management and related areas during the previous 36 to 72 months. The structure of the class presumes significant familiarity with project management concepts and terminology.
