'' Learn to install, administer, and use the procedural component of IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS. During hands-on labs, reinforce classroom material and gain practical product experience.

Define and describe the functions of various IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS components, including status monitor, hardware monitor, session monitor, centralized operations, TSO and UNIX servers, and the 3270 management console
Explain how IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS processes messages from the operating system and from VTAM
Describe and implement the various security options available with the IBM Tivoli NetView for z/OS product
