About the course
You will study anatomy and physiology, the systems of the body and how they function, principles and effects of massage strokes and movements, and an overview of other approaches to body work. 20% of the course will be allocated to supervised (set and marked) homework. You will be taught by highly qualified professional tutors who specialise in anatomy, physiology and body massage. The course covers the major systems of the body including muscular, neurological, skeletal, vascular, digestive, genito-urinary, respiratory, endocrine, the skin, cells and tissues.
