Course Description:
'' The ITSM Mobilization Workshop is an intensive workshop facilitated by very experienced IT Service Management trainers/consultants. In five days you, as part of the core Implementation team and IT leadership, will build a business case and an action plan for the adoption of ITIL as a service management model.
Course Description This exciting, 5-day workshop is the answer to “what’s nextin your ITIL/ITSM journey. After completing the ITIL® Foundations training, you understand the benefits of your organization moving forward with an ITSM implementation program. Through a series of facilitated assessments, in-depth discussions with ITIL field experts, and a structured, proven process, this workshop takes you to the next step by creating awareness within your team of the current state of ITIL processes in your organization. At the end of the week’s session, the team will have built a prioritized plan for moving the organization ahead in its ITSM program. This workshop builds on the ITIL Foundations training to include discussions on the realities of process implementation in your organization with subject matter experts. A team of up to 16 participants will be identified to represent the core IT organization. This team will then be led through a process to assess and identify the gaps in the current service delivery against the ITIL best practice. What makes this process unique on the market is that the team also bases its assessment on the gaps applied against the ISO/IEC 200000 international standard for Service Management compliance. Where most organizations exhibit some level of adherence to tasks within ITIL processes, the requirements for evidence of compliance, as dictated by the ISO/IEC 200000 standard, provide the check and balance against proof points of delivery. The ITSM Mobilization workshop is focused on building a team and creating synergy to manage cultural change, and culminates with the creation of a prioritized plan unique to your organization, enabling it to move forward with its ITSM program.
