'' North Carolina State University has established this non-credit diploma program to give you, the construction professional, the knowledge and skills you need to help your firm operate more efficiently and profitably. You’ll receive the Construction Project Management Diploma upon successful completion of five one-day courses (choose from six interactive learning opportunities). These short modular courses focus on the Fundamental Principles of Construction Engineering and Management. The classes do not have to be taken in sequence, but you must complete five selected courses.
