'' The Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) covers wage and hour rules for U.S. workers, including what hours employees can work and what base and overtime compensation rules employers must follow. The FLSA Training & Certification Program covers all basic and detailed rules for worker eligibility, minimum wage, overtime pay, and hours-worked requirements.
Outcomes This course contains numerous End of Lesson Quizzes to help you measure your progress and mastery of the materials. You can also earn a "Certified FLSA Administrator" designation!
Assessment Successful completion of the "Certified FLSA Administrator" test! Certification tests are comprised of 50 randomly-generated questions that are mostly multiple choice, scenario-based questions that test the students ability to apply the learned content. A score of 85 or higher is required to earn Certification.
