Who Should Attend

This program is for Engineers, Quality Analysts, Process Improvement Experts, Program Managers, Project Leaders, and others who want to learn the Six Sigma methodology and apply it to make breakthrough improvements in performance in their organization.

Candidate Qualifications

Six Sigma Black Belts are the primary drivers within the organization of breakthrough improvements. They lead improvement project teams and are the primary resources for applying the Six Sigma methodology. Black Belt candidates have good technical and communications skills, are results oriented, and lead and contribute to improvement projects throughout the organization.

Six Sigma Green Belts are trained specialists who lead improvement projects in their own areas and support Black Belts in larger, cross-functional projects.
