'' This course focuses on understanding, directing, communicating with, and motivating the people on the project team by presenting the principles of project leadership especially using interpersonal skills.Attendees observe different roles extracted from modern leadership approaches with the individual guidance of the instructor. Heavy emphasis is placed on leadership, influence, communications and motivation.Please note this course does not profess to teach project management techniques such as Scheduling, Estimating, etc. If that is the need, please refer to our Project Management Principles & Techniques class description.
