Location of Training: At your premises or venue selected by your company.
Duration: 8 Hours Per Day
Infrastructure required:( to be provided by you)
Hall with LCD projector, Audio system or speakers, tie-mic, Laptop with Internet Connectivity (preferable), White Board, Writing material for participants.
Enough space for team activity or group tasks.
Medium of Language :- English, Hindi any other language.
Lead Time Required to Execute the Course minimum 10 days
Advance 75% of the total amount has to be paid after your confirmation of date/venue for the training programme.
For outstation programs charges are an additional 30% on the per day fee. Travel, boarding & lodging costs to be borne by the client.
Minimum 10 days notice to be given by the client incase of cancellation of a confirmed program.
Cancellation charges 50% of professional fee will be charged if organization cancels confirmed program giving less than 10 days‿notice.
Balance Payments to be made after the training on the same day.
Participation fees cannot be transferred to another open program.
No refund requests will be entertained.
Incase of change of schedule due to reasons beyond control of CTWP, another date shall be fixed for the sessions by mutual consent.
Interest will be charged at 25% per annum on payments not paid.
All payments to be made payable in Mumbai to Mahesh N. Rao by cheque or DD or Cash.
All matters pertaining to the agreement / contract are applicable within the Mumbai jurisdiction.
