'' All projects incur a certain level of risk. The key to project success is how well project teams predict potential risks and define a Risk Management Plan complete with mitigation strategies. Team that fail to plan for risk within their projects are setting a path for failure.
This course is intended to introduce attendees to the concepts of risk management. Included are methods and tools for assessing the potential impact of risk activities and for developing Risk Mitigation Strategies.
On Completion, Attendees will be able to
