MS degree in Nursing
Interview with Program Coordinator
Statement of professional goals
Connecticut RN license
Basic Health Assessment course (30 hours or greater)
Applicants for the FNP Post-Master’s Certificate program must submit the following application materials to the Office of Graduate Admissions:

Graduate application form and a non-refundable application fee
Two letters of recommendation
Official transcript(s) from all colleges and universities previously attended
Current resume
Copy of current RN license
Admission to the Post-Master’s Certificate program is offered on a rolling basis throughout the year.
