'' Apple Desktop Service Certification Training is a five-day course that teaches students how to identify and resolve issues with Apple desktop computers. Students learn Apple hardware specifications, troubleshooting techniques, component isolation steps, take-apart procedures, and general service guidelines and resources: everything they need to diagnose and repair Apple desktop computers.
Requirements
Please note that this course is primarily theory-based. It is designed to prepare a candidate to sit the Apple Desktop Service Exam. Basic PC/Mac hardware practical skills are assumed. Practical training is specific to Apple part identification.
Two Prometric Exams (Apple Desktop Service Exam 9L0-002 and Mac OS X Help Desk Essentials 9L0-400) are required to attain certification.
