'' This course will explore various aspects of leadership and the ways in which leadership and management require different skill sets. The successful executive must move easily between these roles. Effective leaders have vision, craft strategy, and align organizational resources to execute that strategy. We will explore these traits through film and class discussions. Sessions will focus on several important skill sets such as strategic thinking, making decisions, negotiation, and managing change.
