'' The Project Management Certificate requires the completion of four courses which have been developed to build well-rounded project management skills. Courses have been designed to build upon the previous course. Therefore, to maximize your experience in the classes, and in the program as a whole, we recommend that you take the courses in the following order:
Project Planning and Organization Project Management Communications and Teamwork Project Management Tools Project Leadership and Conflict Management The Project Management certificate is intended for new or experienced project managers or other professionals who manage and participate in projects at work. Our students have an average of two to four years of experience working on projects with a range from zero to ten years of experience, or more. Our program focuses on the issues of managers who have the responsibility, but not always the authority, to execute work and manage teams. We recognize the need to address multiple approaches to project completion and understand the concepts behind processes used to plan, schedule, and monitor work. We have especially designed the program to have balance, including those crucial communication and leadership skills to make the technical more effective.
