'' The Advanced Project Management Certificate is intended for individuals who have experience as project managers and have either completed our Project Management program or some equivalent. Instructors will assume that participants have prior exposure to the Project Management Institute (PMI) and its Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Those new to project management or who lack essential training in project planning and team management should earn our core Project Management certificate before considering our advanced courses.
To earn our Advanced Project Management certificate, you must complete 42 hours from the seminars available within a three year period.

Mastering Decision Making for Project Managers (7 hrs)
Any of these seminars is available individually without your having to complete the certificate, or you can take them all.
