'' Risk management is all about preparing for the unexpected by evaluating what could go wrong, how likely it is to happen, and what to do in response. Yet, as much time as we have to respond to crisis and “fight fires,�we often don’t take the time to do risk management up front that could save us time and improve our project outcomes. This one-day seminar presents the necessary tools and processes to build and refine a project risk-management model in your organization. It gives you a balance of theory and application along with real-world experiences and observations.
