COURSE OVERVIEW Sessions are presented in the classroom, supported by exercises, case studies and role-plays. This is followed up by awareness / field assignments that are completed by participants while back on the job.
Participants are supplied with a learning journal where they record their learning experiences and field assignments. To complement the resource material topics, each participant will receive job aids highlighting the key points of learning. Instruction will take place in a supportive environment that recognizes the participants come to the program with a wide variety of learning styles and backgrounds.
Upon completion of the program each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation and 7.2 CEU from the University of Toronto ’s Professional Development Centre.
