'' This workshop builds upon what is learned in the Orange Belt and the Blue Belt Professional (Project Server) courses. The objective of the Black Belt Professional course is to learn how to leverage the Project Server tool to help executives and other management oversee and manage projects and resources in an enterprise environment.

Certification In order to attain your Masters Certificate, you must be Orange Belt and Blue Belt Professional certified and you must complete the Black Belt Professional assignment. Designed to benefit you and your organization, the Black Belt Professional assignment consists of creating an implementation plan for an enterprise feature customized for your organization. The plan should specify the business needs as well as the technical details on the how-to and output. Your initial submission of the assignment is due within 90 days after the end of your Black Belt course if you want to pursue the certification.
