Analyze the complexities of major stakeholder relationship categories Apply the most appropriate interpersonal relationship skills to the different categories of relationships Align the dynamic needs of the stakeholders with a project’s objective throughout the project life cycle Who Should Attend This program is designed for functional/line managers, program managers and project managers.
Performance Focus At the end of the course participants will be able to: Describe the characteristics of project relationships as they apply to specific types of stakeholders across the project life cycle. Use a relationship-based stakeholder assessment tool to analyze and identify ways to improve relationships in projects. Apply selected skills from four major families, defined in this course as “advocacy� “leadership� “rapport�and “harmony� to improve project relationships.
