'' Certificate III in Tourism (Operations) provides students with the range of skills and technical knowledge required to work effectively as part of a team, and possibly a team leader in the Tourism Industry, in a broad range of tourism operations.

Certificate III in Tourism (Operations) is designed to reflect the role of tourism operators who work in a variety of tourism contexts, performing a range of skilled tasks using discretion and judgement, and who have the ability to select, adapt and transfer skills to different situations. Certificate III in Tourism (Operations) qualifies graduates for positions in the Tourism Industry such as Guide or salesperson in an Indigenous or other art gallery and retail outlet; Guide or Attendant in a museum; Attendant in a tourism related operation.
