Successful participants who complete Beginner and Intermediate MYOB programs will receive a result of assessment and a Statement of Attendance.
OPTION 3. COMPUTERISED BOOKKEEPING USING MYOB Are you interested in learning the basics of MYOB accounting software along with some bookkeeping theory? Learn how to prepare and process financial documents including invoicing, banking and petty cash. Also learn how to maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and the general ledger.
Basic computer skills are essential
BSBCMN207A - Prepare and Process Financial Documents This unit covers the processing of financial transactions including petty cash, invoicing and banking in a business environment. BSBADM309A - Process Accounts Payable/Receivable This unit covers maintenance of accounts payable and accounts receivable records, processing of payments to creditors and handling overdue accounts receivable. BSBADM310A - Maintain General Ledger This unit covers preparing a general journal, posting journal entries to the general ledger and preparing a trial balance.
