'' This course is intended to provide new and existing building and construction industry participants with the introductory understanding and knowledge needed to commence or continue work in the building and construction industry.
Completion of the program meets the generic health and safety requirements to be employed on a construction site for construction type work or a prescribed activity.
Successful students will be issued with their Division of Workplace Health and Safety Induction Card (Blue Card) and a Statement of Attainment.
Successful completion of this program and the issue of evidence in the form of an Identification card (Blue Card) will allow you to enter a work site undertaking construction type work. ...''
