Course Description:

'' In this course, students will learn how to support PC hardware in a business setting, including installation, troubleshooting, and component replacement. The target student for this course is responsible for maintaining PCs in their workplace.

Target Audience

Entry-level IT professional or PC service technician with basic skills in installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems, but without extensive field experience or specific competencies in technical support for hardware and operating systems. In addition, candidates for CompTIA A+ certification.

Pre-requisites:

Designed for the student who has a basic knowledge and experience with PCs and who wants to pursue a career as a computer service technician.

At Course Completion
