Course Description:

'' Cook and eat a traditional Italian lunch. Lunch will begin with delicious antipasti of grilled vegetables, risotto balls and other appetisers to have with flavoursome bruschetta. Next, make fresh ribbon pasta and filled ravioli accompanied by various pasta sauces. For the main course prepare slow cooked braised beef with vegetables. To complete the meal, make the famous ’Tiramisu’ Italian dessert.
