'' New Enterprise Management provides some specific techniques and skills relevant to the management of new enterprises and gives an understanding of the factors that are important to the success of new ventures and the management options for increasing the success of new ventures and the management options for increasing the success of new ventures. The unit addresses the questions "why will you succeed?", "how can you increase your chances of success?" and, "how will you manage success (or failure)?". The unit is designed to assist those who are currently responsible for managing or developing new standalone ventures, managing or developing new ventures within a larger enterprise in the private or public sector, and those involved in evaluating and advising managers of such ventures (eg financiers, analysts, accountants, consultants and public sector managers).
