'' Electronic Business or E-Business is a strategy for conducting business on an International level. E-Business is considered by many to be the single most important business strategy of the future. This course provides skills in business website development, conducting on-line research, communicating electronically, trading online, conducting online financial transactions, implementing and monitoring delivery of quality customer service online, reviewing and maintaining the business aspects of a website, maintaining business technology, preparing financial reports, banking online and acquiring academic communication skills.
The Certificate IV in E-Business provides a solid grounding in both the theoretical and practical aspects of E-Business. The overall course involves two communications subjects to ensure that all students develop their English language to a level consistent with the requirements of industry and tertiary/university study.
