After the first semester you will be able to sit for the 1st level of Diploma test. After the second semester you will be able to sit for the 2nd level of diploma test and other international exams.

After completion of this course one is confident to:

Ø Read Korean with higher comprehension.

Ø Write with increasing complexity and use an expanded vocabulary.

Ø Converse in an extended conversation using vocabulary studied.

Ø Understand Korean used in the text and supplementary materials.

Ø Translate from English to Korean and demonstrate grammatical skills.

Ø Acquire a greater understanding of the Korean culture.

Ø Formulate questions and answers based on material read in class.

Ø Formulate questions and answers based on unfamiliar material.
