'' The Aviation Management programs were developed in response to industry need and provide you with an ideal combination of professional and management education. It prepares you to be an effective manager, as well as upgrading your aviation industry skills. Whether you are striving to advance in your organisation or seeking other options within the industry, the combination of topics from aviation human factors and management is relevant. And the program can be adapted to fit your interests, regardless of where in the industry you are currently employed. We encourage enrolments from flight crew, cabin crew, ground crew, administration, military and government authorities.
Program Structure

Graduate Certificate
Applicants may commence their studies in the Graduate Certificate program. To qualify for the Graduate Certificate award, a student must complete four (4) courses. Students must complete two (2) aviation courses and two (2) management courses. The four courses completed in the Graduate Certificate may be counted as credit towards the Masters program.
Master of Aviation Management
Applicants may commence their studies in the Masters program. (Students that have completed the Certificate program will receive four credits towards the Masters program.) To qualify for the Master of Aviation Management, a student must successfully complete a total of eight (8) courses. Students must complete all four (4) aviation courses and four (4) management courses.
Students are required to select management courses from the approved MBA courses listed below.
Aviation Discipline
AVIA6110 Human Factors in Aviation Systems
AVIA6120 Crew Resource Management
AVIA6130 Advanced Human Factors in Aviation Systems
AVIA6140 Human Factors in Specialised Operations
Students are advised to complete either AVIA6110 or AVIA6120 before AVIA6130.
