'' The Building Construction Technology Program is a six quarter (18 month) program. Students are on campus participating in lecture/lab courses during all six quarters of their instruction. A key component of the program is building a new house from the planning stages to the final finishing touches.
All tuition, fees, books, required tools, and related costs are the responsibility of the student. See estimated cost list.
The Building Construction Technology Program at Southeast Community College is fully accredited by the State of Nebraska and by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Upon successful completion of the program the student will be awarded an Associate of Applied Science Degree.
