Prerequisites It is assumed in this course that participants have basic word processing skills and a working knowledge of Windows 95.
Outline This course aims to increase your productivity by providing the skills and knowledge to use Adobe GoLive effectively.
Objectives Start Adobe GoLive and identify its components; navigating through your document; create, save, and close files; and close Adobe GoLive.
Working with text; formatting text, creating lists and changing the color of text.
Working with table; adding table, capturing a table style.
Laying out web pages; creating new web site and adding files to the web site.
Creating component that you can quickly add to your pages.
Using Smart object to incorporate native Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and LiveMotion images on your pages.
Creating links with GoLive; creating a link from a graphic, anchors, hypertext links, and creating an action.
Working with Frames; adding, moving, and deleting frames; creating targeted links.
Creating Rollovers button and linking it to the pages; Adding action to create a drop-down menu effect.
Creating animations and adding action to the animations.
Using Actions and JavaScript .
Creating Forms.
Using Cascading Style Sheets to format your web pages.
Combining Adobe LiveMotion Animations with QuickTime Movies, adding special effects to QuickTime movies.
Managing web sites, importing an existing site into Adobe GoLive.
