'' This is an interactive course designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct and report on investigation of incidents in the Workplace which have resulted in, or have potential to result in injury or damage. Attendees will complete two simulated case study incident investigations as part of the course.
Target Audience People who are directly involved in the investigation of workplace incidents, such as Supervisors, Leading Hands, Safety Professionals, Safety and Health Representatives and Managers.

Content Conduct initial assessment of the situation
Establish investigation process
Collect information for analysis
Analysis information gathered to identify immediate and underlying causes and practical prevention measures
Compile investigation report

Certification A nationally recognised statement of attainment will be given to each student. Nationally recognised competency units - BSBOHS508A
