You will learn about the tourism industry, developing and maintaining the general knowledge required by guides, preparing and presenting tour commentaries and, coordinating, operating and leading a tour. You will also learn skills in conducting pre departure checks, setting up and operating a campsite, operating tours in remote areas, effective communication, customer service and team work.
