'' What is Chi Kung (or Qigong)? It is the masterful 21st Century medicine, sometimes called the miracle healing and has been freely available to the western world in the last 30 years. Qi (Chi) is the name of the medicine within us. Gong is the word for discipline, practise or work and together (Qi Gong) is the process of cultivating the medicine within us. There are both tranquil and dynamic Qi Gong, tranquil being the meditation. Qigong is called practice or training as, unlike medicine, is not prescribed. It is also about energy, rhythm and flow to bring about and retain balance in all areas of your life. It can lift your libido, increase your energy and can in many circumstances "turn your life around". Perhaps this course is just what you need.
