'' Active Server Pages (ASP) is one of the most exciting new technologies from Microsoft for creating dynamic and interactive web applications. ASP is a server-side scripting environment where you are able to combine HTML, JavaScript and VBScript languages and third party Active Server components to develop dynamic, interactive web applications. In this course you will learn the concepts of this server-side script as well as complete a virtual store project.

Setting up virtual directories on the Web server and getting ready to work with ASP files
Introduction to ASP files and adding commands
ASP Objects and methods
Collecting and processing information gathered from HTML forms
Writing and reading Cookies
Using ASP and Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects (ADO) to retrieve information from a database
Using Active Server components i.e. Sending E-mail
Prerequisites: Knowledge of HTML forms, tables, and frames. Basic understanding of programming logic. Permission of the instructor.
