'' Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a newly nationally recognised and endorsed qualification that has replaced the Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training (BSZ40198). Certificate IV in TAA is essential for those people who are responsible for presenting and assessing training to meet identified competency requirements in the workplace. This qualification is useful for: trainers, facilitators, assessors, human resource staff, consultants, supervisors, managers, team leaders and individuals and for those people looking at entering the vocational training sector.
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment requires you to complete 14 units conducted weekly (11 training days �one day a week). Please refer to Training Plan for further details.
There are no exams �all units are assessment based, encouraging work-based projects to further develop the participants.
