Course Description:
'' The aim of this course is to enhance practical skills to successfully weld a compliant 6G 6�(150NB) pipe weld using the GTAW/SMAW process. This is achieved through experienced trainers providing the necessary training and coaching to the candidates.
Pre requisite
Previous GTAW/SMAW welding experience is a pre-requisite for this course.
Course Content
This training focuses on developing the necessary practical skills to achieve a compliant 6G weld. Classroom time is minimised and covers only the essentials of welding safety and technical requirements for this task.
Experienced trainers are continuously available to provide assistance and coaching to enhance the skill level of candidates.
The course examination consists of a 4 hour weld test under the supervision of a qualified welding supervisor.
Certification
Batam, Indonesia & International
Successful candidates will be issued with an Australian Skills Training Certificate of Competency, with accompanying welding test reports.
Duration
80 hours over 10 days.
Maximum Participants
12 persons.
