'' In this course, students will learn to assist users remotely as a help desk or call center support technician. Who should attend: Entry-level IT professional or PC service technician with basic skills in installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing, and performing preventative maintenance of basic personal computer hardware and operating systems, but without extensive field experience or specific competencies in technical support for a remote-based work environment.
