'' This project workshop will combine lecture, hands-on labs , and individual and team break-out sessions, to allow attendees to experience managing a project from initiating through closing and lessons learned summary. Youll walk through a complete project management life cycle utilizing a case study and project from your company. Each student will join other professionals from their industry to create the project team within this course. Private training will utilize client specific project archives during course. During the lab and break-out sessions students will work on a team to write objectives, conduct stakeholder analysis, and develop a work breakdown structure and risk management plan based on a case study provided by your instructor. Students will gain Project Management expertise and practice using estimating techniques, dependency analysis, and network diagramming. Progress information is used to determine the projects earned value.
